Returns & Exchanges

At Luxus Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury item is not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
